Read this before relying on anything you see in FolioFolk.

Simulated trading

All trading in FolioFolk is simulated with virtual cash. No securities are bought or sold. Simulated fills use real market quotes plus a slippage model, but real orders may fill at different prices, be partially filled or not fill at all.

Not investment advice

Posts, trades, portfolios, leaderboards and creator research are educational content and the opinions of their authors. FolioFolk is not a broker-dealer or a registered investment adviser and does not provide personalised investment advice. Make your own decisions or consult a licensed professional.

Risk

Investing in stocks and ETFs involves risk, including the loss of principal. Past simulated performance does not predict future results. A short track record, few trades or concentrated positions make any return figure less meaningful; the app shows drawdown, volatility, trade count and concentration next to every return.

Creator disclosures

Creators must disclose whether they hold the securities they discuss, sponsored content, economic relationships and their regulatory status. These disclosures appear on the creator's profile and on each post. Subscribing to a creator pays the creator through Apple; FolioFolk keeps a share of subscription revenue.

Market data

Quotes may be delayed or unavailable. The app labels each price as real-time, delayed or previous close. Data providers are not responsible for the content of this service.

Community

Coordinated promotion, manipulation or undisclosed paid promotion is prohibited and may lead to removal of content and accounts.
